The process for counseling and online registration

Instructions for Online Registration

• Enter the OTP that you got via email or cellphone number on the activation screen.
• Using the “Login” button, access your account.

The registration procedure is finalized upon receipt and payment of the Rs. 900 non-refundable registration and counseling DSEU College Fees.

One-time Registration-cum-counseling Fee

• The Rs. 900/- one-time registration and counseling charge is NON-REFUNDABLE and can be paid using any digital wallet such as PhonePe or Paytm, or with a debit card, credit card, or UPI.
• The amount will be automatically reimbursed to the same bank, card, or UPSI account by the payment system within 7 working days if the amount is deducted from the candidate’s bank account, debit card, credit card, or UPI but does not show up in the candidate login or if a transaction fails. It is necessary for candidates to save the fee receipt safely for their records.

Payment Failure

Should the payment not be successful, the registration cost must be paid again without waiting for a refund. The applicant may notify DSEU Delhi by emailing admissions@dseu.ac.in  with their information (name, mobile number supplied during registration, email address provided during registration, date and time of transaction). Seat Confirmation Fee Payment

A candidate who receives a seat assignment in a given round in any program or campus of DSEU must pay the initial admission fee, or Seat Confirmation Fees, as listed in Section 13.2 in accordance with the timetable provided through DSEU’s Online DSEU College Fees Payment Gateway exclusively for seat confirmation. Under no circumstances can this fee be taken in the form of a demand draft, check, or cash.

Payment of the seat confirmation DSEU College Fees alone does not ensure a seat. The candidate’s eligibility and successful verification of submitted documents determines it.

A candidate can start with the admission DSEU College Fees payment step after creating an account on the DSEU Admissions website. “Candidate login” gives access to the fee payment link as soon as the round’s seat allocation results are announced.

It is mandatory for candidates to save the receipt of the fee payment for their records.

Cancellation of allotted seat (if fail to pay Seat confirmation Fee)

If the candidate gets a seat in a particular round and fails to pay the required admission DSEU College Fees according the counseling schedule, the seat offered to the candidate will be canceled. Thus, they won’t be allotted any seat in subsequent rounds up to the Spot Round (if any).

Note: Candidates are bound to pay the admission DSEU College Fees exactly according to the counseling schedule. For their records, they have to save a fee receipt printout copy. Making all the DSEU College Fees payments using their own accounts is advised for the applicants.

Submission of Balance Fees and Reporting at the Allotted Campus

To confirm their acceptance, all provisionally approved candidates must deposit any outstanding DSEU College Fees. All accepted applicants with the needed paperwork must be present at the designated campus. Their entrance will get revoked if they don’t show up.

Their seat will be declared vacant and they will lose all rights to it if a candidate does not pay the remaining DSEU College Fees by the specified deadline.

When reporting to the admitted campus, the following documentation must be brought:

• Copy of the Class X certificate and mark sheet, with the original, for validation
• A copy of the class XII certificate and mark sheet, with the original, if relevant, for verification
• A copy of the ITI certificate and mark sheets, with the original for validation (if applicable)
• Copies of the diploma’s mark sheets and certificate, with the originals for validation (if any)
• A copy of the caste certificate (SC, ST, OBC, PwD, DP, EWS, KM), with the original, if appropriate, for verification
• Original Medical Certificate (in Annexure V’s prescribed format)
• Original Undertaking/Affidavit for Anti-Ragging (in the format specified in Annexure VI)
• Two photos the size of a passport
• A copy of the Aadhar card

Refund of DSEU College Fees

The refund amount (seat confirmation fee and/or remaining amount submitted by the candidate) will be directly deposited into the bank account (submitted by the candidate at the time of application form filling) through electronic mode (ECS/RTGS/NEFT) following the conclusion of the admissions process if the candidate is not selected for a seat during any counseling round. As a result, the applicant must be sure to include accurate bank information to pay his or her DSEU College Fees.

There is a case when a candidate a candidate is not considered to get a seat even after the complete admission procedure. This is when the candidate given a seat fails to get their papers confirmation due to a discrepancy till the last round.  Their payment won’t be reimbursed.

Refund in case of withdrawal

The refund amount (seat confirmation DSEU College Fees and/or remaining amount submitted by the candidate) will be directly transferred into the bank account (submitted by the candidate at the time of application form filling) through electronic mode (ECS/RTGS/NEFT) following the conclusion of the admissions process if the candidate cancels or withdraws the seat ahead of the last date of withdrawal (as per schedule). As a result, the applicant must be sure to include accurate bank information. The University disclaims all liability for any improper funds transfers resulting from inaccurate bank information or applicant fill-outs.

Withdrawal after last date

If the cancellation or withdrawal request is made after the last day of withdrawal, there will be no refund of DSEU College Fees. After the specified deadline, no claims in this respect will be considered.

Reporting at the Final Allotted Campus

All candidates who have been granted provisional admission must go to the designated campus to physically verify their original documentation and start classes.
